1) Sweet Bread/ Cake: Ancient Roman Cooking and Recipes
This Ancient Roman recipe required the following ingredients-
a) Take 2 teaspoons cinnamon
b) Take 1 teaspoon ground rosemary
c) Take 2 cups of wheat flour
d) Take 2 teaspoons of baking powder
e) Take ¼ cup of concentrated apple juice
f) Take 1 egg
g) Take 4 tablespoons of honey
h) Take ¾ cup of milk
i) Take some chopped almonds
The recipe was prepared in the following manner-
1) Mix together cinnamon, ground rosemary, wheat flour and baking powder in a bowl.
2) Then take the concentrated apple juice, egg, honey and milk in another bowl. Mix the ingredients well.
3) Take a pan and grease it. Then pour the mixture into the pan.
4) Keep the pan in the oven for half an hour for baking at 375°.
5) After the cake/bread is baked, pour some honey on it and sprinkle the chopped almonds over the cake/bread.
2) Chicken with Stuffing: Ancient Roman Cooking and Recipes
This Ancient Roman recipe required the following ingredients-
a) Take 1 fresh chicken
b) Take 150g of minced beef meat and 150g of minced pork meat
c) Take 100g oats
d) Take 2 eggs
e) Take 250ml of white wine
f) Take 1 tablespoon of oil
g) Take 1 tablespoon celery or Liebstoeckl
h) Take ¼ teaspoon of ground pepper
i) Take ¼ teaspoon of ground ginger
j) Take 1 teaspoon of green peppercorns
k) Take 50g of stone pine kernels
l) Take some salt to taste or Liquamen (a salty fish sauce)
The recipe was prepared in the following manner-
1) Mix together ground pepper, celery, ginger, minced meat and cooked oats.
2) Add eggs and white wine to the mixture and blend it until it becomes smooth.
3) Season the mix with salt or Liquamen. Add oil, peppercorns and stone-pine kernels.
4) Fill the mixture with the chicken. Keep the stuffed chicken in the oven for cooking for around one hour at 220° C. Serve the chicken hot after it’s cooked.

This Ancient Roman recipe required the following ingredients-
a) Take 3 tablespoons of honey
b) Take 4 eggs
c) Take 275ml milk
d) Take 25g butter
e) Take 1 tablespoon of olive oil
f) Take some black pepper
The recipe was prepared in the following manner-
1) Mix eggs, milk, pepper, butter, and oil. Beat the mixture well.
2) Take a frying pan and pour some oil in it. Allow the oil to heat properly.
3) When the oil is heated, pour the mixture into the pan. Keep stirring until it starts solidifying.
4) When one side is properly cooked, i.e., looks golden brown, turn the mixture and cook the other side until it begins to look golden brown.
5) When both sides have been evenly cooked, fold the mix into half and place it on a plate. Pour some honey over it and then serve.
